Provide information regarding your child and your concerns to see if an evaluation is warranted and if Bright Futures is a good fit for your child and family.

We provide complimentary eligibility and benefits checks for speech therapy for our patients using insurance. We will work with your insurance provider to determine your coverage details including co-pays, deductibles and any out-of-pocket expenses. We are currently in network with BCBS and Cigna PPO plans.

Electronically complete admissions paperwork prior to your scheduled initial evaluation using the Patient Portal.

Your child will receive a comprehensive evaluation, based on specific concerns, to determine if there is a delay or disorder present and recommendations will be provided.

If therapy is recommended, a plan of care will be created and we will quickly establish a weekly schedule!
